The life of a large animal vet has to be an interesting one. Having grown up surrounded by horses, I have seen my fair share of 'pasture' and 'stall' calls. This sculpture scene sits on the green (or in this case the white) outside WSU's Veterinary School. A boy with his sick calf, and the Dr with his bag of medical equipment. I really like this sculpture and will be back in the spring to take a better photo...I am not very happy with this one.

I really like this sculpture, as well. I took a few homeschoolers there to draw, on our last day of our art class, one May. Afterward, we visited the creamery, of course!
Thank you for the winter photo of it.
What a fun trip that would have been! I would like to take a tour of some of the facilities there...like the creamery...and the nuclear generator. :)
