This fuzzy coconut is far from it's normal, temperate climate! We hung the coconut when we first moved into our house and it has provided a momma bird and her brood with a home each spring and summer since. I am not as versed in our local bird life as I would like to be, but I plan to stalk this house during the coming spring to see if I can't capture a few photos of it in action.

Freezing fog #2: Frosted coconut
This fuzzy coconut is far from it's normal, temperate climate! We hung the coconut when we first moved into our house and it has provided a momma bird and her brood with a home each spring and summer since. I am not as versed in our local bird life as I would like to be, but I plan to stalk this house during the coming spring to see if I can't capture a few photos of it in action.
A very unusual coconut indeed and it makes a good photograph .. let's hope the birds like living there,,
